[sdiy] paia midi2cv8 question

i'm running the LEDs with the least current possible. just need to be able 
to figure out the mode while performing in a dark place. should be easy to 
watch the blinkys while hittin some keys to determine it. sure as hell can't 
see the stupid DIP switch in the places I perform.
