[sdiy] ASM questions

Hello!
I'm still designing  PCB's for the ASM1 and in the process ran
into several problems regarding the connetction/value
of components.

1. the resistor without value in the noisesource (1M??)
2. the capacitor in VCA "C1 N.S." near OpAmp: value?
3. Bias current (pin 5) at CA3080 in VCA, VCF: connection (not connected??)
4. LM 311 pins:    pin 6: Bal/Strobe ??? connection 
                             pin 5: Balance    ??? connection
5. CA 3140 im VCO, VCF connection:   Pin 5 Offset Null         
                                                              Pin 1 Offset Null      
                                                              Pin 8 Strobe
