Hi vladimir :

This is a guitar stompbox... it runs on a single 9V battery.

Vb is V bias... it sets a pseudo ground level for the circuit at
1/2 the battery voltage.  It is usually a pair if equal value resistors
(like 47K) in series from +9 to ground.  Then you put a big electrolytic
cap from
the resistor junction to ground. There are other ways.

BTW how did you post that file? Usually attachments get blown off the
list.
It might be better to link where the schematic is at. R. Keen could get
mad
that you copied it (even though your intention is harmless, why make
anyone
mad ?)

I'll try to respond later to the speaker DIY question. The circuit is a
"crossover",
search for that.
