[sdiy] more noise sources

I'm becoming pretty sure that something is seeping into the output of the
pink noise filter but I can't figure out from where.  The crackling of
before has been replaced by a hum.  Adding the parallell resistors on the
pink and rlf inputs and adding the asm filter caps and resistors at the
supply inputs have not improved the situation.  If you've built this circuit
what voltages do you measure at the pink and rlf outputs?
