[sdiy] OT: Power supply question

Hi to the group.

I am looking for a used power supply for the workbench, and will be
needing +15/-15v and +5v. Will I need a triple power supply, or are
there some dual supplies that offer center tapped output? Can two
different supplies be attached to the same circuit with common grounds
without flaming any of them? It has been 30 years since I have done this
stuff and the memory has long since departed. Thanks for your comments.
