I've had to do this.  I cut short pieces of wire, tinned
them with solder and layed one down on each cracked land.
Then applied solder.  If you simple drop a bead of solder
on the crack, it will probably break easily.  The pieces
of wire add strength.  It's not a fun job, BTW, but if you're
careful, it should work.  Make sure to inspect the end
result carefully for solder bridges before applying power.
