[sdiy] Drum Tone Board

I have 5 volt for powersupply and another 5v trigger trigger.
I have hooked up the power to the OP whit both + and -
And shoulden´t there be atlease mesurable pulses ( whit an oscillioscope ) after the first resistor?
Going to add a resistor after school though.....
