[sdiy] Replacements for japanese transistors

Have data on some of them:

- 2SC-945 - silicium - npn - Uceo = 50V - Ic 100mA - Ptot = 250mW - hfe
90-600 - Ft = 250Mhz

- 2SC-1583 - silicium - npn - Uceo = 50V - Ic 100mA - Ptot = 2x200mW - hfe
250-1200 - Ft = 150Mhz

- 2SC-644 - silicium - npn - Uceo = 25V - Ic 50mA - Ptot = 250mW - hfe
130-700 - Ft = 150Mhz

- 2SC-1685 (sorry no S) - silicium - npn - Uceo = 50V - Ic 100mA - Ptot =
250mW - hfe 90-650 - Ft = 150Mhz

- 2SA-733 - silicium - pnp - Uceo = 40V - Ic 100mA - Ptot = 250mW - hfe
60-600 - Ft = 180Mhz

- 2SA-564A - ????
- 2SA-30A (O / RG) - ????

All SA and SB in my list are pnp,
all  SC and SD in my list are npn.
Don't know if its a rule or coincidence, probably won't help much :(
