LMB makes a case style called the Keyboarder. They have a slope face and are 
roughly 1.5" to 3" high (from front to back), 6" deep, and vary in widths 
from say 18" to 21" -- I have a PAiA Theremax in an 18" case which works 
reasonably well though installing it was no fun. Since the case is metal, you 
will need to isolate the antennae from the case (and possibly ground the case 
too), I used Teflon washers or grommets to accomplish this.
