[sdiy] Diagnosing my Minimoog

Can any tell me if the the keyboard and modulation circuitry on the
Minimoog has to be connected for the VCO board to oscillate? I
have an old style VCO board in my unit (serial 7784), and I have checked
every power supply voltage on the board. I cannot detect any waveforms
in any of the oscillators. Is there a common fault or problem I should be
looking for?

It would seem as if its something simple if none of the oscillators are
working... I am convinced its something with the power circuity..any
ideas anyone?
