[sdiy] OT: Guerrilla DIY?

The other day I was walking down the street and when I saw a "no turn on red" 
sign, I thought it would make a very good front panel for something.  
although a little big, there are plenty of sizes to choose from, street signs 
for 1u rack units, maybe a no parking sign for a couple modules.

has anybody ever done this and care to admit it?  it reminds me of my 
adolescent escapades through the town.  

I probably won't do it since I'd be eaten alive in prison, but it sounds like 
the kind of thing some on this list might have engaged in.
