Do you mean the 74HC22106, 8x8 cross-point analog switch? This family of parts
was made by Intersil and RCA. According to the information that I got from
freetradezone.com, all these variants are now discontinued.
They also list an HC2003, 4x4 cross-point analog switch. It was manufactured by
Hughes Microelectronics, and it has also been discontinued.
Datasheets are still available for these parts, but it would probably be hard
to find any of the parts themselves at this point.
