The expresspcb software doesn't bring in any more than what you can do with
a normal drawing or DPT program.
And is only PCB design, no schematics (no net list => chance to make wrong
connections)
Unless you are in the US _and_ want expresspcb to make your PCBs this
software might not be a very good choice.
Olimex:

and Euro-circuits:
http://www.eurocircuits.com/customer/login/index.cfm
might be better places if your in Europe and want to "out source" your PCBs.
There is a list with PCB and schematic software on the Olimex site.
Some of this software is utterly expensive, but please don't let this tempt
you to use a easy to obtain cracked version!!
