All of those.  It's white noise, and whenever the processor does
anything or the mouse moves, I get garbled shit with it.

Yep.  Mackie HR824s.

It is recordable.  I don't even have to have anything plugged into
the inputs, and it records.  As for the scope, well, still don't
have any connectors for it yet, I'll let you know when I do...
