Aparently National doesn't make these anymore, but I think they are second
sourced.
So they should be available from other manufacturers, which still make these.
Parts that are similar are NE13600 and NE5517, you can directly replace
these in
all circuits which don't make use for the buffer, in the other case one
would need
to examine and possibly modify the circuit a little to fit these.
