okay
i am trying to mod my simmons sds800 drum module. i want to apply the 
resonance knob voltage of the snare channel to the resonance pin of a tom 
channel, which is grounded. i lifted the resonance pin of the 3394 on the 
tom channel and connected it to the resonance pin of the snare channel 
without lifting it.

to simplify: one resonance knob applied to 2 resonance pins of the 3394 
should offer resonance control over both voices right? instead, all i get 
from the tom channel is a very noisey version of the old tom sound. any 
ideas?
