[sdiy] MIDI opto-isolator

I need some help in identifying an opto isolator used in the Atari STe
computer for the MIDI IN port. I can't seem to find it in any
electronics catalogue of mine and need specs, pinouts etc.

It's got 6 pins and is marked as follows:
