[sdiy] square wave divider

Ok, CD4018 is a divide by N counter on a chip.

Unfortunately, the data I have gives only one
example timing diagram, for divide by 10.  In
this case and I would assume for all of the
even divide ratios, a true square wave output
is available.  I don't know if the same is true
for the odd ratios, they may be asymmetrical.
They will divide by N, but won't be a true
square wave, i.e. high time equal to low time.

Also, the odd ratios need an external AND gate,
such as CD4001B, but since it's a quad, you can
do 4 odd counters with one 4001.
