Damn ! Thats a hell of a delay you're planning. How many stages will that 
take ? >>

Hmm... It might be useful to make it a multi-tap delay, with a tap for each 
year, somewhere around Saint Smithen's day or thereabouts.  And maybe some 
feedback points around Summer Solstice, just in case.
