They don't have the datasheet in their search engine, but they haven't
deleted the file from their server. I found that file by pure luck, I just
edited the URL of a different part and *surprise* here it is:

Btw. I like the SIL package. Since I do my layouts single sided They are a
lot easier to deal with.
Could anyone recommend a low noise fet-input opamp (read: TL07x) with
SIL-package?
