[sdiy] OT: Manipulating PDF

Hi List,

Quick OT question... I have a few single page PDFs that I'd like to combine
into one file.  Does anyone use a Windows based program that can combine or
otherwise manipulate acrobat files?   Shareware / Freeware would be ideal.   

I'd love features that would allow me to combine several pages together,
split multi-page documents to individual files, and maybe do some cutting /
pasting... but combining is all I really need at the moment.
