Derek,
The PAiA Oz is a fairly simple "chord organ" designed to be used with their
Gnome synthesizer.
It has a pitch bend feature using hand capacitance. I never built it because it
required a keyboard with dual contacts.
Worth investigating if you are really determined to use the TOD.
Schematics may be on line at the PAiA site or perhaps at Anders Sponton's site
