[sdiy] Another Newbie Power Supply question

I bought a nice Power-One power supply (HDCC-150W-A) that does +-15v as well
as +5v, for building a case for some MOTM and Paia modules (LOTS of room to
grow). On the right side it has +OUT +S | -S COM +S | -S -OUT (| being a
separator). On the other, -OUT (two posts) | -S +S | +OUT (two posts).
The -OUT and +OUT on the right side put out the -15 and +15 respectively
relative to the COM in the center of that side. Ok, that's fine. On the
left side, however, I don't get +5V from COM, instead it appears that I only
get 5v difference BETWEEN the -OUT and +OUT? Has anyone used one of these?
Can anyone tell me how to hook the baby up so that I'm feeding +12v, -12v
and +5v to my modules all with a common ground? Sorry for the newbie
questions but I can't find any spec sheets on hooking it up, even from the
manufacturer's website and the shipped instructions were pretty much
useless, and they (power-one) don't appear to be answering my emails to tech
support :-( Thanks as always
KRIS
