[sdiy] Bad trader alert - Quinton Fulsom

Hi

This message is to warn others, and to ask for help.
About a month and half ago I ordered some synth IC's and switches from
this person and I don't think I will be seeing them.
He has taken my money, nothing has arrived and all my emails (at least
8 over the past 2 weeks) all remain unanswered.
I payed via the PayPal system, and reported him via the buyer
complaint procedure, to which they replied:

'Our investigation has revealed that the seller is at fault; as
a result you are due a refund.  However, we regret to inform 
you that we were unable to recover funds from the sellers account'

I wonder if anyone has any idea about this person, and whether they
have ripped anyone else off. I know that he regularly advertises synth
chips on EBay.
Suffice to say, I am not taking this lying down, and intend to pursue
the matter further.
Also, can someone tell me please if is this a valid address in America
or a mailbox - (I am in the UK). If this is a home address, then there
is something I can do about it  ;-)
