[sdiy] cs-60 blowing fuses

arghhh, not only is the thing too heavy, now it's blowing fuses.  was
working great about a week ago.  i moved it to a friend's house and now
the 1.5 amp fuse is regularly blowing when the thing's powered up.

anyone have ideas on this one?  could it be something that was possibly
unseated, like a card or something?  i'll take any and all advice, cs-60
specific or not, cause i just don't know where to start on this one.
