[sdiy] 555 vco success

Hi,
Due to the great help of scott gravenhorst I now have completed my first 555
based vco.  Actually it stopped working when I redid the ground paths to
prevent interaction between the inputs and outputs but I'm sure I'll have it
back on track soon!  I used a dual CMOS timer and do not seem to have a
syncing problem with the 2 vco's run off the same timer, although I'll have
more information on that when I get them both working again.
