We just had the whole Myst saga on the HyperCard list. Somewhat involved.

Revolution is totally new (the interface, anyway. It's based on MetaCard,
which has been around a while). Has all the latest stuff and it's
cross-platform. If only it were cheaper...

I used HC as the front end for my light sculpture project. Very convenient.
