Hi first off I would like to thank those who helped me with my problem of one osc. not working in my Arp Solus. I am happy to say that replacing the op-amps worked. (I am abit of a newbie, so I was very very very excited!)
Now for the next problem. The Solus needs to be calibrated. being short of money all the time, I am attempting to tackle this problem myself. There seems to be 11-things to be calibrated inside the synth. everyone here may be familiar with it all, but I am not, so I am going to list the calibration pots(?) that I have found inside.

1-Pitch Bend cal
2-Keyboard cal
3-Trans cal (assuming transpose?)
4-vco1 PW cal
5-vco1 cal
6-vco2 cal
7-vco2 pw cal
8-vco v-oct cal
9-vco v-oct cal
10-vcf cal
11-vcf v-oct cal

Now for the questions.
1) I have been using a tuner to try the calibration...playing A I got it to be perfect. then when playing B it was 22 cents off. So I made it so that A was -11 cents off, and B was +11 cents off.
How the hell do I get it so that it is NO cents off and keep it that way going to the next note?
2) is a tuner enough for me to calibrate with?
3)how do I measure and calibrate the VCF, and the PW of the oscillators?

well that is enough questions for now. I would greatly greatly greatly appreciate any help.

thankyou
