[sdiy] Maxim bamboozled me!

I've had this datasheet on my desk for a month now. The DAC portion in the
block diagrams had me wondering how the f*%$ did they do that. I couldn't
figure out why it would convert the analog in and mux it. I better
look through the whole thing again.
