[sdiy] OT: Singing Software

Hi everyone

Pardon me for the Off-Topic post, but I am sure perhaps someone could
help me out.

A friend of mine who is actively into music mentioned to me that had
heard of some 'Singing' software that would emulate a robotic singing
voice or something. Apparently it is called something like 'Kelly
Macin Singer, or Kelly Mac in Singer'. Apparently the software was for
the Apple Macintosh.
It sounds to me rather like an April Fools joke, but if anyone has
heard of this and can help me out, I would be most grateful.
