[sdiy] midi-sync box designs anyone?

  Hello


  I have recently subscribed to this list and will give a little info on 
myself- my name is David Daydodge I repair, modify, restore, ressurrect 
electronic music gear, compose electronic music and study
physics. I have a pretty decent collection of service docs, schematics
and manuals that I am always willing to trade for others of the same!
I have subscribed in order to be a helpfull member of the list, to hopefully 
learn from others and will always try my best to share the knowledge I have 
obtained in my fifteen years of strong interest in all areas of electronics 
and electronic music! Please feel free to write me!


  My first question is; does anyone on the list have a good design for a 
midi to sync convertor for my private home studio use?? Primary use would be 
to convert only midi clock info into a nice clean reliable
24ppqn sync signal...anything else would be iceing on the cake!! 
(controlable pulsewidth, fine control for clock, other ppqn outs etc etc)
