1) MIDI to CV Converter, takes MIDI information and generates control
voltages suitable for key tracking and gate for triggering envelopes, along
with other controller data (mod wheel etc)
2) Analog/CV Sequencer
(http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~concuss/concussor/oberkorn.htm for
example)
3) CV/Gate Keyboard of some sort
(http://www.synthesizers.com/controllers.html) that sends out keyscaled CV
and gate info.
4) Any voltage source generating whatever range of voltages that can drive
your oscs etc (theremin, knobs, touchplates, batteries, etc).
Did I miss any?
