This is the beauty of integration. ;-> Absolute values are (almost)
impossible,
but matching or tracking is very good. I can see no inconsistance here.
Chip temperature should be the same (well, almost).
Diffusion or implant properties should not vary that much over the die
(it does over the whole wafer).
This is also true for optical errors during photo
and photoresist thickness.
Perhaps I still don't understand, but I can not see a problem here.
Heck, I wan't to try that ASAP. But as a matter of fact I get new furniture
(good that I allreay bougth the osziloskope, because I'm totally broke this
year),
this means another time shuffling furniture across the appartment, oh well
...
