ok... I still cant find the shematic I need... on the web or on paper.  I
need some help.

Somebody had a schematic for a simple frequency shifter on their page.  It
was made with an MC1496.  Its different from the ones in the app notes for
this chip.  Does anybody know where I can find this schematic?  I had the
circuit built on a breadboard but took it apart last night to solder it
together.  Apparently I've done something wrong cause I cant get it to work
now.  Can anybody help out with pointers to the original schematic?  I'm not
sure why, but the name Marjan keeps popping into my head when I think about
this circuit.  Was it on Marjan's page?  I cant remember...
