[sdiy] Roland SIPP op-amp data sheet?

   Hi All,

   I've got this reverb that I'm trying to fix and the output op-amp 
seems to be toast.  It's a SIPP package with TA7136P markings.  I need to 
find a substitute for this chip and could use the specs or data sheet.
   Anyone got any ideas?
