[sdiy] Mail slowness/Ordering

Even though it was 88F here yesterday, it's time to start thinking about Christmas coming up, and
then NAMM right after that.

Also, the US mail delivery, both domestic and overseas is running about TWICE as slow as before.

So, if anyone is thinking about ordering MOTM modules/chips from us, here is the info:

a) We are closed for holidays Dec 15th to Jan. 5th.
b) The last day to order, that we can SHIP by Dec. 15th is THIS FRIDAY, Nov 9th. Yes, we are a
little backlogged :)
c) Shipping time to EU is now at 3-4 weeks for 'regular' Air Mail.
d) Faster (read: more expensive) options are available, please call/email

It seems now that the term 'erratic' applies to the US post office: a CD sent First Class from
Texas to Minnesota took only 2 days, but a Priority Mail package Texas to Florida took 6 days. A
CD sent to Switzerland took 2 1/2 WEEKS.

e) we will also be 'shut down' for NAMM from Jan 11th to Jan 23rd. Drop by the booth! (same as
last year, A5206. Same isle as Korg, across from Suzuki pianos). Will be showing the MOTM-480
CS-80 filter, the WaveWarper, and other goodies.
