More CMOS fun.  3 gates, Triangle LFO, 6 volt peak 
to peak output from an 8 volt supply.  As is, it 
goes down only to 0.25 Hz.  Much more than a 1 meg 
charging resistor, and it stops, so I think the only 
way to get lower frequency is to increase the cap.  
The one in the drawing is 1.33 uF.  The waveform 
looks quite undistorted to me, though it's hard to 
tell for certain.
