[sdiy] plotting panels

I used to use the Staedtler Ultra-black latex based ink to plot PCB patterns
(sorry, I don't recall the product number). I also plotted onto some
plasticised foil labels, and stuck these onto my radio controlled cars. The
ink stayed in very good condition despite the abuse it received. Maybe this
ink would do the trick?
