Actually we* prefer "Native American." This of course assumes we didn't
wipe out some other group of natives after crossing the Bering Strait :-)
* I can only remotely say "we," being that curious mix of Cherokee and
Scottish
(Buchanan clan) that you will see if you ever attend a highlander
festival in the
south. Strangely, the combination of feathered head dress and kilt does
kind
of go together. There is definitely a kindred spirit between the highland
Scottish and Cherokee, whether it be a love of mountains or bad food
(cuisine
based on a dare).

LOL. Interesting to note that the government of Panama didn't want the
canal, so the US (Teddy) sponsored a revolution by someone who
would agree to the canal. Not that the US of modern times would ever do
anything like that ;-)

Q: What do you call someone who speaks three languages?
A: Trilingual.
Q: What do you call someone who speaks two languages?
A: Bilingual.
Q: What do you call someone that speaks one language?
A: American.

Having worked for a french corporation for too many years I can
easily be persuaded. As the Harvard Business Review once said
WRT French management style, "That is fine in practice, but it will
never work in theory."

Same here. If only everyone could take up soldering irons...
Make synths, not war!
The world needs more engineers and musicians and people that
want to create, and fewer terrorists/religious fanatics/militants/
politicians/lawyers/managers/boy bands...
There, I've just blamed the current state of affairs on 'N'Back Sync
Boys.
And probably set off the FBI's sniffing software...
[Hello to all our friends in domestic surveillance].
