update:

ok, i got the pot from digi-key, and the TRS jacks from mouser, and
everything works pretty cool.

the shaft on the pots is long, but does fit in the pedal. i'm sure it
could be shortened with a dremel, if desired.

re-stringing it was somewhat of a bitch, but it took under 5 minutes to
get it happy.
