Indeed he has, some was with some justification, some where not.

I am happy to hear that things worked out for you in getting stuff
from him, both for your and Bernie's sake.

For my own sake I'm not sure, I still have a slightly thorn in my paw
from Bernie, but this should not necessarilly mean that he requires an
altogether bad reputation. He has been known to deliver stuff with
delay over time, but he has also been known to deliver fairly
quickly. He does still cary stuff which is admirable in itself.
