    Only about half an hour into the checkout, and already I have found
a pair of traces on the board that are shorted together.  Won't be going
back to this PCB vendor.  (The vendor admitted that the boards were
beyond his ability, so no big surprise).  And of course, according to
murphy, the short is where I can't get to it (under a component, a
connector to be exact)....
