Possible, Yes. But keep in mind that this is an X/Y matrix that is scanned by software, so you will need
a musical keyboard that is matrix-wired too. (most modern keyboards are, but i do not know if their matrix
connections are compatible)

Programming will also be needed to change the keyboard scan routine. It is located in the 64´s ROM, and you will
have at least to deactivate it for the time you want to use the musical keyboard. Or you will have to change the
ROM to am Eprom and alter the scan function. But that seems no to be very trivial due to the ROM´s limited space.
