[sdiy] adding multiple LEDs to a simple circuit

hi everyone,

for a circuit consisting entirely of a CD4526 CMOS divide by n counter with jacks wired to the IC's appropriate pins, what would be the most efficient way to add LED indicators for input pins 2,5,6,14,&11?  I'm using a bipolar 12V supply.
