      I finally got around to putting up that web page.

   I'm not sure about the cap above the ladder (between the two 100 ohm
   resistors) -- it's 0.01 uF on the ARP Quadra and 10uF on JH's
   schematic.  I'll guess that's what is causing the low-pass effect in
   the simulation.

Ahh I see, some difficulty with the font used in JH's cad system...

That should be 10 nF above the ladder, not 10 uF.
