No, but I do have a copy of the order forms from when they were
still on the MAP website (1997).  Let me know if you need it.  You'd 
have to check with Bernie that the prices are still right, but it'll give 
you an idea of the cost and scale of it all.

I've also done an index of everything up to EN189 in Word if anyone 
needs it.  Makes searching a lot easier...
