There are two transistors and a tempco. I tried to measure the value
of the tempco and I get something like 3K at room temperature. It's a
NPN / PNP for sure, probably with an extra current source for the
linear ramp. The triangle is the master and the ramp is syncronised to it.
No info on the PD-10, sorry
Check out Joachim Vergese (sp?) Arptech.com site... Dennis Colin of
Aries worked for ARP before that.
