A quad single supply op amp that would be better suited to audio than
the LM324 (bad for audio) is the Motorola MC34074. This is a bipolar
Darlington input op amp that will work on a single supply from 3 to 44
volts, and has good high-freq performance. Another possibility is
the Texas Instruments TLC274 CMOS op amp.
