But seriously, I've seen white ESD foam... but it didn't feel like styrofoam..
it was more like the black-foam... it was more spongy and porous than normal
styro... So, I dunno... chances are, if it looks like styrofoam, quacks like
styrofoam, and walks like styrofoam....

I guess the best test is to rub it on your head and then try to throw it into
a small plastic trash barrel.

If it jumps back out when you throw it in, that means it probably isn't ESD
foam.
