Thank you to everyone who responded to my request.

This particular mg has been modded to have an external filter in.  They
seem to have also modded the trigger - when any cable is plugged into the
trigger in, the oscillators will drone continuously (the envelope _will_
tigger though - it just doesn't shut off afterwards!)  And (if i'm not
mistaken) i get this behavior whether i'm using gate or s-triggers.
bizarre?

Also, Mark Glinsky is back online!  (perhaps i'm a month behind the times,
but that's news to me)
